Our mill has organic certification where each step of the production chain (presented below) is valued, with the aim of providing a product of incomparable quality... When the olives arrive at Frantoio, a real check is made on each olive. They are sorted one by one in order to retain the healthiest ones.

LUCANGELI participated in the Salon Gourmet in Paris on the weekend of September 25 and 26: the meeting not to be missed for all our epicurean friends.

One of them allowed us to participate in the show's "Best of 2022" competition and won us second place on the podium after an olive oil with peanuts!
You guessed it… it's Bergamot and we're proud of it.
